We work directly with general contractors and design teams from spec through close-out, supply shop drawings stamped by our suppliers, and coordinate with mechanical / electrical penetrations, snow guards, and walkway pads.

What size of commercial project do you take on?+

Anything from a small retail strip-mall re-roof to multi-building industrial campuses. We've installed on warehouses, retail centres, multi-family residential, schools, and institutional buildings.

Can you supply stamped engineering for permit?+

Yes. We coordinate with our suppliers to provide engineer-stamped shop drawings, wind-uplift calculations, and snow-retention engineering as required for permit submission.

Do you handle tear-off of existing roofing?+

Yes — full tear-off, deck inspection, replacement of damaged sheathing, and proper disposal of old materials. We coordinate with the building owner on access and tenant disruption.

How do you handle existing penetrations and equipment?+

We coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and roofing trades during the install. New flashings are custom-fabricated around HVAC units, vent stacks, and skylights — and we install walkway pads where needed for ongoing roof access.
