Custom Fabrication

Custom Sheet Metal

Bespoke metal flashings, chimney wraps, parapet caps, and architectural details fabricated on-site to fit your roof exactly — not approximated from off-the-shelf parts.

Overview

Why homeowners choose IronWrap for custom sheet metal

Most roof leaks aren't in the field of the panels — they're at the transitions: chimneys, skylights, valleys, parapet caps, and where the roof meets a wall. Off-the-shelf flashings rarely fit any actual roof, which is why we run a full sheet-metal fabrication setup on every job site.

Our crews fabricate custom flashings, drip edges, valleys, chimney crickets, parapet caps, and architectural details in any pre-finished or natural metal — galvanized, painted steel, copper, or aluminum. Need an extra-wide fascia, a sun-burst on a gable, or a corbel wrap? We bend it on-site to match.

We also supply custom metal for other contractors — architects and builders who need a specific profile, finish, or geometry that the local distributor can't match. Bring us a drawing or a damaged piece to copy, and we'll make it.

See all FAQs
Do you fabricate for other contractors?+

Yes. We supply custom-bent flashings, fascia, drip edges, parapet caps, and architectural details to other roofers, builders, and architects. Bring a drawing or a damaged piece to copy.

What metals can you fabricate in?+

Pre-finished steel (any major paint colour), galvanized steel, aluminum, and copper. Pre-finished is what we recommend for residential — copper is a beautiful upgrade for accent details.

How fast can you turn around a custom piece?+

Most flashings and trim pieces are bent same-day on the truck. Larger architectural pieces or unusual profiles typically take 2–5 working days depending on complexity.

Can you copy a flashing I already have?+

Absolutely — bring us the damaged piece or a measurement, and we'll match the bend pattern, length, and finish. This is one of the most common requests we get.
